The Manchester Dragon Boat Challenge is a fantastic event where teams race in Dragon Boats provided by Dragon Boats Event Company.
Dragon Boat teams are made up of between eleven to seventeen team members (the odd number being the team drummer, whose job it is to beat the big drum so that the team can all paddle in time and together).
£550 registration fee for a team of 17 people -this covers the external costs to enter the race.
There is also a minimum sponsorship amount.
